Upgrade from routine to ritual

Analiese is a Relationship and Empowerment Coach and a Ceremonial Bodyworker, guiding women and couples toward lives of presence and liberation. She transforms self-care into ritual, blending deep coaching with intentional bodywork. A Womb Witch and poet, she is devoted to making life feel magical again, not by escaping reality, but by meeting it with intention. She sees whimsy as a discipline, the art of making daily life feel enchanted, embodied, and alive. Her gift is turning the ordinary into the sacred, helping you experience life with presence, pleasure, and power.
At its core, my work is about liberation.
Liberation from limiting beliefs.
Liberation from relationship patterns that no longer serve you.
Liberation from living on autopilot.
And stepping into a life that feels turned on, intentional, and fully yours.

For coaching, this work is for individuals and couples who desire to experience the fullness of life — cultivating deeper joy, purpose, and aliveness while developing intentional self-care practices and practical tools to move through conflict and life transitions with clarity and confidence.
For ceremonial bodywork, it’s for women seeking deeper connection to their body, healing trauma, navigating their cycles, postpartum recovery, or complementing pelvic floor therapy. In short, it’s for anyone ready to create a liberated, intentional relationship to your body!
Absolutely. Clarity often comes through conversation. If you feel drawn to this work but aren’t yet sure if coaching or bodywork fits, we begin with inquiry. I take my time to truly understand what’s present, because sometimes what we think we need is just the first layer. Together, we navigate through a process called ‘Desire Mapping,’ uncovering the deeper wants, needs, and pathways to liberation. From there, we shape the support that aligns with your current season of life—whether in manifesting your dreams or deepening connection to self and others.
As a Relationship and Empowerment Coach, my work focuses on relational tools, nervous system attunement, somatic awareness, and intentional lifestyle shifts rather than clinical diagnosis or trauma-processing therapy. My work is not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment–it is instead an ally. If you are experiencing acute mental health challenges, I recommend working with a licensed mental health professional alongside our coaching. Similarly, if you’re navigating feminine body health concerns, my ceremonial bodywork complements, but does not replace, working with a medical professional. I’m here to walk beside these forms of care as an ally in your growth
A typical coaching session lasts 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your needs. We begin by grounding into the space, celebrating wins, and setting intentions. Together, we map your desires and focus on what’s alive today and the bigger picture of our work together. From there, we may explore somatic practices, parts work, breathwork, or design practical rituals and systems. Each session is crafted to align with your unique journey toward liberation.

Ceremonial bodywork is consent-based, intentional hands-on care designed to support your body’s well-being. It is rooted in reverence, acknowledging the wisdom carried by hundreds of Indigenous cultures who have practiced sacred, body-based healing for generations. In my practice, it may include womb massage, breast massage, or ceremonial pelvic care, but it is never sexual in nature. Each session begins with inquiry and is tailored to your needs. We move slowly with intention, prayer, love, respect, and at the pace of your tissues.
Yes, this work is trauma-informed. My approach is rooted in nervous system awareness, consent, pacing, and your autonomy. You are always in choice, and we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Nothing is forced; your boundaries are honored at all times. This work acknowledges the body’s lived experience, and we approach that reality with care, compassion, and respect
